- reports of unlawful or otherwise impermissible content,
- copyright, trademark, personality-right or other rights infringement notices,

As soon as VenueHive provides additional formal contact channels, forms or legally required contact points, they will be added here.
3. What a report should include
To help VenueHive review a report efficiently, it should include where possible:
- your name and a way to contact you,
- the affected URL, profile, message or content,
- a short description of the issue,
- the legal or policy basis of the concern,
- supporting evidence or screenshots, if available,
- where rights are claimed, why you are affected or authorised.
4. How VenueHive handles reports
VenueHive reviews reports in principle:
- carefully,
- objectively,
- without undue delay,
- not arbitrarily,
- and with regard to the rights of all affected parties.
Depending on the case, VenueHive may in particular:
- request additional information,
- temporarily restrict content,
- remove or disable content,
- warn or restrict profiles or functions,
- suspend accounts,
- pass information to affected persons or authorities where legally required or permitted.
5. Complaints about moderation or account measures
If VenueHive removes content, restricts visibility or limits an account, the affected person may, where appropriate and meaningful in the case, request review.
VenueHive aims to explain material measures in a reasonably understandable manner and not to rely exclusively on automated tools where a review path is warranted.
6. No misuse of the reporting system
Reports may not be used in an abusive, harassing or knowingly false way.
VenueHive may take action where the reporting system is clearly misused.
7. DSA and EU notice
If and to the extent VenueHive offers services in the European Union and additional legal requirements apply, this page will be supplemented with the relevant information, including where necessary:
- a point of contact,
- internal complaint handling details,
- an EU legal representative,
- or other contact information required by applicable law.
